In his position as Vice President, Lending of LIDC, Charles's focus is to
promote the SBA 504 Loan Program.
He
was previously a Vice President and Business Development Officer for Citibank
N.A. covering all of Long Island and the Metropolitan. His target market
was Businesses and Professionals with Revenue up to $20 Million He was a
Senior Lending Officer and a Risk Manager for a portfolio of over $1 billion.
Charles has been a Banker for 33 years and was with Citibank for 18 years.
He
graduated from Baruch College in 1970 with a B.B.A in Accounting. He then
served in the United States Army Reserve/ National Guard from 1969-1975.
He
belongs to many organizations including Action Long Island, Execuleaders,
Long Island Mid-Suffolk Business Association, the Long Island Association
and the Institute of Management Accountants - He was president of the Long
Island Chapter of the IMA from 1987-1988.
