When the Missile Command of the Department of Defense issued an RFP (request for proposal) for simulated missiles, LIDC notified Fireworks By Grucci about this opportunity. This led to Grucci winning the award for the contract. Fireworks by Grucci, is the company that has supplied the fireworks for the last eight U.S. Presidential inaugurations. They are the behind-the-scenes people at many of the most spectacular events and celebrations nationwide and around the world.
