LIDC/GNYDC CEO RECEIVES NATIONAL HONOR

Roz Goldmacher (Center )was recently honored for her economic development work by the National Association of Development Companies. NADCO presented Roz with the Art Goodman Award, named after the founder of the largest certified development company in the nation. In presenting the award, NADCO
Chairman Kurt Chilcott ( Left) cited Roz's 30 years of dedication to the financial services sector, working with entrepreneurs in a variety of innovative ways. In the past the award has been given to an entity for programs demonstrating uniqueness or diversity in economic development. This is the first time that the award has been given to an individual.
