Roz Goldmacher (second from left) was recently honored as a Woman of
Distinction by Nassau County at its second annual Women of Distinction Luncheon in honor of Womens History Month. Presenting the award was Nassau County Executive Tom Suozzi (left), Moderator Laura Savini (Channel 21 WLIW) (second from right), and John Moye (right), Director Minority Affairs Nassau County. This represented Roz's second award in 2007 for Womens History Month. Last month she was recognized as Pathfinder of the Year by the Town of Hempstead.
