LIDC Treasurer Phyllis Hill Slater recently met with President George Bush to discuss economic policies and the role played by the 504 program. President Bush was very interested in her comments on small business and in the 27 year history of LIDC in serving small businesses. He was  particularly interested to learn about LIDC's recent expansion into the tri state area.
