Long Island Development Corp./Greater New York Development Co. recently participated in the region’s I-IV SBA 504 development company meeting in Newport, RI. GNYDC/LIDC provide SBA 504 loans to small business acquiring buildings, condo's and co-ops throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
