BANKING PRO JOINS LIDC STAFF

Isabella Tanico has joined Long Island Development Corporation (LIDC) in the position of Closing Officer. In her new slot, Ms. Tanico will be responsible for overseeing all borrower financing files including examination of tax returns and financial information, debt service, cash flow and SBA compliance for a high volume of SBA 504 Loan closings. LIDC is Long Island’s premier lender having lent over $600 million in direct dollars and leveraged an additional one billion dollars in loans for Long Island companies. Isabella’s 13-year commercial lending career includes Norstar Bank, Fleet Bank and Bank of America.
