CHESTER KELSEY   1929 - 2005

Chester Kelsey, long standing beloved board member of Long Island Development Corporation has succumbed to a long term illness. Chet, as he was affectionately known, served the LIDC and various on committees for over 10 years. Most recently he was an active part of LIDC’s executive and loan committees. He will be missed.
