LIDC RECEIVES COVETED NATIONAL AWARD

LIDC recently received the coveted U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Pinnacle Award. The Pinnacle Award is given to the SBA lender who makes the most loans in a given year. LIDC received the award for making the most SBA 504 loans in fiscal 2004. 504 Loans are long term, low fixed rate, second mortgage loans for small businesses looking to buy and build buildings.
