In Port Washington,
on the water, Louie's Oyster Bar & Grill is a landmark, serving
good food and cheer since its origins in 1905. However the most recent
owners are quick to show the many new and major amenities such as
their completely renovated interior and the outdoor deck for dining
on the water that have been added through funding provided by Long
Island Development Corporation (LIDC) and the SBA (Small Business
Administration) 504 Loan Program. Recently the national organization
SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) and LIDC, Long Island's
premier lender, honored Picone and Guinnane at its annual "Person
of the Year" award luncheon held in their honor at Louie's. Pictured
